A case manager can meet with you at home to discuss care needs and options.
Together, you’ll explore:

- Payment options like private pay, longterm care insurance, or VA benefits
3. Consider – Your Loved One, Your Family, Yourself
Think about your loved one:
- Are they safe when alone?
- Do they want to stay independent and in their home?
